What this site collects

The information this website collects from you is what you type into a request form and send: your name, phone number, email address, the location of the work, the services you select, anything you write in the notes field, and any extra details a particular page asks for, such as the number of buildings, a last test date, a correction date from a deficiency notice, or a bid date. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information. Like any website, the servers that host it also receive your IP address and browser details as part of making a request.

When you submit a form, the site also records which page the form was on, the address of the page that referred you if your browser provides one, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Those campaign tags are stored in your browser for the length of your visit so that a request made later still records where it came from. This tells us where requests come from.

Why we collect it

To answer your request: to call or email you back, to prepare an estimate, and to schedule work. We do not use it for anything else.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the small server function that receives form submissions.
• A transactional email service delivers the submitted request to our business email address, once lead delivery is connected. It handles the message in transit and does not use it for anything else.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used, if it is enabled. It is described below.

These providers process information on our behalf so the site can work. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics

If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it records pages viewed and actions such as tapping the phone number or sending a form, including which service categories you selected, using a cookie or similar identifier. It is used to understand which pages help people reach us. It does not receive your name, phone number or email address. If analytics is not enabled, no analytics script loads at all.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of work discussed or performed. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (831) 455-5858 and tell us what you would like. You can also browse the site without sending anything: the phone number works without a form.

Children

This site is for commercial and residential customers and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
